If you are receiving this error message after logging into the portal:
"We were unable to load your user information."
This can mean that your network is having trouble connecting to our portal. There's a few steps you can do to ensure your network is connecting to our site correctly:
Make sure you are using this link to login and not an old bookmark:
Try opening our API domain:
If you don't get this response, please contact your internal IT department for help to unblock our domain.

The expected response should be: {"message":"OK"}- Try opening our authentication configuration:
https://login.opypro.com.au/realms/customer/.well-known/openid-configuration
The expected response will be a large body of text that starts with "issuer". Again if you do not get this response, you will need to contact your internal IT department and attempt to unblock our domain. - Finally if you are still having issues, try and login on a device not on your computer's network (such as on your mobile phone), this can help eliminate the network as one of the causes.
