Not getting an access code?
When logging in to Opypro, you will be asked for your MFA one time code. These codes are displayed in the authenticator app that you installed on your phone when setting up your MFA credentials in Opypro previously.
You will need to launch the app on your phone and locate the Opypro code, which may require you to click on the Opypro entry that was added in to the app.
These applications will not automatically notify you of the code when logging in.
Codes are NOT set via SMS or Email.
Invalid access code?
If you are receiving an Invalid code error when attempting to validate the authentication code it may be caused by a number of issues.
The most common issue is that your device clock is not synchronised correctly. You can check your clock synchronisation on your phone by going to https://time.is/
This page will tell you how far your clock is out of synchronisation with global time.
If your device is more than 10 seconds out of sync, you may need to enable automatic time setting on your phone.
To set automatic time sync on your device you can following these steps:
iOS
- Go to Settings > General > Date & Time.
- Turn on Set Automatically
Android
- Go to Settings
- Search for Date & Time
- Turn on Set automatically
Access codes missing?
If you are setting up a new phone and your previous MFA tokens are all missing you may need to restore from a cloud backup. This is usually accessed from the Settings menu within the Authenticator app.
If your previously set up MFA codes are still no longer displayed within your Authenticator app you will need to contact your supplier (details listed below) to have your MFA device cleared so you can configure a new MFA device.
Sharing your login credentials with others?
If you are sharing an email and password with others to log into Opypro, and you haven’t set up MFA on your device, but the system now requires an authenticator code, it’s likely that someone else using the account has already set up MFA. In this case, you’ll need to contact them to obtain the authentication code and then set up MFA on your own device. You can find instructions on how to configure another device here: Shared user accounts
Deleted your authentication app?
If you have deleted your authenticator app, you will need to re-install the app to gain access to Opypro.
After re-installing you may need to recover your MFA codes from a cloud backup. This is usually done by going to Settings and restore from cloud backup.
Need further assistance?
If you are still having issues with accessing Opypro, you can contact your supplier to request assistance or to reset your account/device.
